pending videos

Hello

I uploaded my videos 4 days ago and it is still pending. The previous videos I uploaded were approved right away, can anyone tell me why these one are taking so long?

Video approvals take 1-3 business days. you should see your videos being approved within the next day.

@Mario Could you tell us what we would have to do to get our videos quicker to the rumbling state? Like 1 day rather than 3? Is it our approval %, are the videos just in a queue and we can't do anything about it or is there anything else we can do to shorten this? Are there any plans that videos will be looked at as soon as they come in? For me it's always, the quicker a video gets approved ( no matter what the outcome limited or full) , the more I upload.

Hi Slogger,

Approval % is a metric for the creators to keep track of their content, we verify each video independently of their creator's account. And we don't approve content faster or slower based on it. It's done 100% based on the merit of each video.

As of now, the approval process cannot be sped up on the user side, it's dependent on an internal process, but we are hoping to speed it up.

We're always more concerned with quality than quantity, but as we grow we know that this process needs special attention and we're working to reduce the wait time for all creators across the platform.

I have a video that is still pending for almost 2 weeks now. I uploaded on April 5th.
Your video was approved for limited distribution, if you don't action the email we sent you in regards to this the video will not go live.

The video is not pending, is waiting your approval.

Hello, I was just reviewing this thread because I've had a video pending for 6 days. I'm wondering if I may have received an email that went to my Spam folder in GMAIL but I cleared my Spam folder 2 days ago. If this was the case is there any way to have it re-sent?

Email support@rumble.com and provide them the name of the video in question. They will be able to let you know it's status and resend an email if needed. Hope this helps.

So I received an email requesting some additional information. I replied and answered the questions. Do I just wait or is there something I need to do on the Rumble site to set my video to go live?

I am wait more 7 days when upload first video, after that will Rumbling.
Is the video"rumbling" or does it show as "pending" in your home page? Best is to email support@rumble.com as they can check into any issues. If it has been 7 days ,has "rumbled" and then went back to "pending" this means you most likely received "limited" status and should have received an email stating this. You can either accept or deny this status once you find their email that was sent to you. Hope this helps, but if not, please email support and they will help you out for sure.
