Mail Change

Hi! I got a problem, I use to change my PayPal's email account, I changed it in a Rumble system. Then I tried to cash out the money and it asked me for confirmation on my previous email address. It looks like the Rumble doesn't see my new PayPal email address. Funds are still in pending status for a few weeks now. I wrote a few times to support, during last month, but still did not receive any answer. Please help!

When you change your email, a confirmation is sent to your old address. You need to click the link in that email to make the changes active.

I will send them again, make sure they're not going to spam.
